HOW TO ORDER
Malgosia proudly accepts online orders with our Secure Shopping Cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express
SHIPPING
*You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by UPS.
*Shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser and are based on weight and shipping method chosen.
*All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and charged accordingly by UPS. Please note that Residential deliveries have an additional fee that varies depending on UPS policy.
*All packages require a signature from the receiving party. No exceptions. If you are having your package sent to your business and you are not the one who signs for the delivery, we are not responsible for package after signature is made and UPS relinquishes package.
*All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order and will be acknowledged with an order confirmation before shipping. Orders received after Noon (12:00) SET will be shipped the following day and all orders received after this time on Fridays will be processed on Monday. We observe all National Holidays.
*All tariffs and duties on international shipping are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS
*Returns will only be granted with a Return Authorization from Malgosia within 7 days of delivery of merchandise, according to UPS delivery records.
*All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving Return Authorization.
*Malgosia has the right to determine if merchandise meets it’s Return Policy requirements:
1. All merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with tags attached.
2. No refunds or exchanges on Jewelry, Swimwear, Bags, Accessories, or Home Accessories.
3. All sale items, discounted items, and merchandise purchased with previous store credit are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
4. All Pre-Order sales are only exchangeable for store credit and are FINAL SALE.
*Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and re-shipping costs for exchanges, unless as part of promotional free shipping for one shipment only.
HOW TO RETURN
- Send an email to Returns@Malgosiala.com requesting an Return Authorization (R.A.) Form and R.A. Number to be sent to you. You will need to send back merchandise within 7 days of receiving this from Malgosia.
- Print out forms for your records.
- Ship merchandise back to Malgosia (in original packaging for guaranteed safe handling) at:

- Shipment MUST be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, insured, and must be received within 7 days of R.A. from Malgosia. You have 14 days if you are sending this internationally.
- All returns must be sent by UPS, FEDEX, or insured parcel post. You must keep a record of your tracking numbers and be able to prove delivery. Malgosia does not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We will not accept CODs (Check on Delivery).
- We will notify of you via email regarding the status of your return once the goods have been inspected, within 7 days of receipt.
- All refunds will be granted in the same method of original payment. Value of merchandise & sales tax will be refunded-not shipping costs. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund to your credit card and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We will process the refund within 7 days of accepted Return Authorizations, but have no control over your financial institution’s processing.
